Deel Return Policy?
Deel.com has a process in place for managing refunds. Refunds can occur in three scenarios:
- Contract Termination: When a contract is terminated, the deposit can be refunded to the Deel Refund balance automatically, after all pending payments have been settled.
- Overpayment: In the event of an overpayment of a Deel bill, the excess amount will automatically be added to the refunds balance.
- Worker Invoice Refunds: If a payment needs to be retracted or modified before it has been sent to the worker, a refund can be requested.
There are two methods to receive refunds:
- Bank account
- Leave refunds on Deel balance
